I had a fantastic stay at the Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa Nha Trang. The hotel is new and beautiful, with a lovely beach service included, which I really appreciated. While my sea view was partially blocked, I still enjoyed my time by the pool and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent but I didn't get a chance to try the spa or gym due to my busy schedule.

I had a fantastic stay at Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the beach, which is awesome. The rooftop pool was a highlight for me, though I found a few downsides like the awkward hotel entrance and some issues with the shower temperature. Overall, I’d definitely consider coming back!

I had a pretty good stay at Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa. The location was great and really close to the beach, which was a huge plus. However, the breakfast was just okay, and the hot water was barely warm, leaving my tea cold. Overall, it was a nice hotel but with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed in a family room with a sea view. The room was a good size, and we even had an adjoining door between our two rooms. The corner room had a larger seating area and bathroom, and being on the 29th floor provided stunning views.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They helped us with our luggage and even let us use the showers after checking out while we waited for our night train. Special thanks to Khanh, Van, and Nam for making our stay hassle-free.

I had a mixed experience at the Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa. While the location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful, I faced some significant issues during my stay. My room was next to the pool and the noise from guests kept me awake. Despite this, the breakfast was good and the overall ambiance was nice.
